Entries for the above event are invited from the National, District and Junior District Squads.

These forms are not password protected.

Please download your swimmers form, select the swims they wish to enter and return to the e-mail address on the form. Payment must be made by bank transfer. Please make sure that the information requested on the entry form is included as the reference for your payment, i.e Swimmers name and the unique reference number that is on the entry form. Do not include this payment with any other fees etc.

Any queries regarding times should be directed to your squad coach in the first instance. If you have any queries/issues regarding completing the forms please e-mail Karen at karengir@blueyonder.co.uk immediately. Please put entry form query in the subject heading of your e-mail. Please don’t leave any queries until the last minute as this makes it harder to get back to you before the closing date.

Late entries will not be accepted and any entries made without payment may be rejected.
