Well done everybody on a tremendous achievement. Improvers 2 and District Squad Coach Jennifer said, “We had a very successful competition with lots of PBs. It was a new experience for most of our younger swimmers under the difficult circumstances of the dual pool event, and they swam absolutely outstandingly.”
Thank you to all the coaches enabling our swimmers to get involved, by giving up your weekend, and for your continued support and advice. Special mention to Andrew Brackenridge for turning up and helping to make sure everybody made it to marshalling, and to our technical officials for the weekend, Arleen Tennant, Stuart Glen, Lyndsay Shepherd, and making his debut as a timekeeper, Keith Howat.
Remember, if you can help the club by becoming a timekeeper, or a judge, please speak to, or you can email, Arleen Tennant, on firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also speak to any of the timekeepers and judges to see if it would be for you.
